The owner John Austin is very helpful. Despite challenges with the insurance company John took the time to explain the issues. We fully recommend Noble Roofing for your roofing project.

We had an emergency with water flowing into our kitchen and this happened on the coldest day of the year. David and his team agreed to come and check it out for us and about 30 minutes later we had a patch on the roof and all the water had stopped damaging our kitchen. These guys were nice and very efficient and very reasonable. My wife and I highly recommend Noble Roofing.

I’ve had the unique opportunity to watch John operate his business behind the scenes, and I can honestly say he’s the real deal. The effort he puts into every aspect of his process—from the first call to final walkthrough—is something you rarely see in this industry.

What stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about the client experience. It’s not just about getting the job done; it’s about making sure property owner feel informed, respected, and taken care of every step of the way.

John’s knowledge of complex roofing systems is exceptional. Whether it’s a tricky roof line, challenging materials, or a problem other contractors couldn’t solve, he knows his craft inside and out.

If you’re looking for someone who combines old-school craftsmanship with modern professionalism, John is your guy. He represents what the modern-day roofer should be—skilled, dedicated, and committed to doing things the right way. Highly recommend Noble Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right.

Couldn’t be happier with Noble Roofing! They replaced our roof, gutters, and our garage door. From start to finish, John and his team were kind, easy to talk to, and really cared about making sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. They walked us through the insurance claim so we didn’t feel overwhelmed, and the whole process was smooth. Good hands, great people — highly recommend them!

When we needed a new roof I was concerned about finding a roofer that I could trust because I wouldn’t be up on the roof inspecting the work. But the crew was SO professional and the owner kept us up to date through the entire process with drone photos and updates and answering any questions that we had.. We were in such good hands; what a find! Go with Noble Roofing and rest at ease. We are so pleased with our new roof.

I manage a commercial property in Houston but reside in Idaho. When one of my tenants called with a roof leak, I sent several messages to a number of companies and Noble was the 1st to respond. John was so professional and very helpful. He took the job and sent me photos and kept me up to date during the process. I would recommend Noble to anyone in the Houston area. What a great company to deal with and what I thought was going to be an extremely difficult situation turned out to be quite seamless thanks to John and the guys at Noble. Thank you everyone and we will be using your company again in the future for sure! I'd give more than 5 stars if i could!

John Austin and his team were top tier from the moment he took my first call. He was super pleasant, totally fair with pricing, and when he saw rain coming, he made sure the team got there in time to keep us dry. His use of technology--from the initial drone pictures to detailed explanation of our issues to invoicing and payment--suggest to me that Noble will be offering great service to customers for many years to come. Five stars, no doubt.
